I will be teaching Pilates at the world renowned Rancho La Puerta Spa in Tecate, Mexico the week of January 7-13, 2007. I am excited to be included as one of Rancho La Puerta's exclusive guest instructors for their Specialty Weeks, which the Spa offers in addition to their regular classes. I invite you to join me for a very special week where I will be teaching two Pilates classes daily:

Basic Pilates Mat:
This class will introduce the student to the original mat exercises, the order and names. Placement and alignment will be emphasized. Even for more experienced students, this is a great refresher class. As the class progresses, more exercises will be introduced.

Intermediate Pilates Mat:
This class is for students who have some experience with the mat and maybe even the reformer. The entire intermediate mat will be taught and by the end of the week each student will know the order, understand how to flow from one exercise to the next (transitions). If there is time, portions of the intermediate reformer will be taught on the mat.
